The rules for using VerifyGrid.
Last updated: October 22, 2026
These Terms govern your use of VerifyGrid, our validation API, dashboard, and website. By using the service you agree to these Terms. You need an account to use the dashboard, and API calls are authorized by API keys you create there. You’re responsible for activity on your account and keys. Free trial credits are limited to one per person and may require verifying a mobile number; creating extra accounts to get more is not allowed.
VerifyGrid provides a validation API that assesses email addresses, phone numbers, and IP addresses and returns signals such as validity, carrier, line type, and risk. Access is controlled by API keys you create in the dashboard.
Each validation lookup consumes one credit. You buy credit bundles as one-time purchases and credits never expire. Unused credits remain on your key balance until consumed.
You are responsible for keeping your API keys secure and for all usage on your keys. Revoke compromised keys immediately in the dashboard.
Purchases are billed by Stripe. Pricing is listed on the Pricing page. Because credits don’t expire and are consumed on use, all sales are final.
We target high availability but provide the service “as is” without guaranteed uptime outside of any Enterprise agreement.
Results are probabilistic signals based on available data and models, not guarantees of deliverability or identity. You are responsible for decisions made using them.
VerifyGrid is not liable for decisions made based on validation results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior three months.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
